SHIPPING POLICY

All products are shipped in the United States via USPS. Due to COVID-19, longer shipping times may be experienced. Please be advised that we are not responsible for packages once they leave our care. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been fully processed is ready to be shipped. 

How Do I Place An Order & How Long is the Processing Time?

The Love Effect Beauty Company creates high quality nutraceuticals products.  Each product is handmade in small batches, so please allow 3-7 Business Days for order processing.  Thank you for your patience while we work to fulfill all orders accurately and as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of our business, we do not process refunds or except exchanges on any of our products.   But don't worry; we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order so please email us at hello@theloveeffectbeauty.com within 30 days of purchase so that we may have the opportunity to meet your expectations.

 

Before placing your order, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Allergies: Almost all of our products are scented with natural fragrances/essential oils.  If you have sensitivities to smell, we have an unscented body butter that does not use any fragrance oils.

  • Body Butter:  Each of our products is handmade and is not mass-produced.  They are created in small batches using a high-end mixer.  If the Body Butter arrives and is not buttery smooth through the entire jar, rub the product between your fingers and it will melt naturally.  You may also place the jar in direct sunlight for a few hours and it will melt down a bit.

Return & Exchange Policy

How can I return my products or receive a Refund?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not process refunds or except exchanges on any of our products.   But don't worry; we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order so please email us at hello@theloveeffectbeauty.com within 30 days of purchase so that we may have the opportunity to meet your expectations.

If you do not receive your order and it is confirmed as delivered, you must file a claim with USPS. Once a claim is filed and a claim number is obtained, The Love Effect Beauty Co. will work with you to resolve this unfortunate occurrence based on the findings of USPS.  Please email us at hello@theloveeffectbeauty.com.
